Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Stack'd. They are short because the app is simple: it runs on your device, it keeps no copy of your data, and it makes no promises it cannot keep.

Last updated: September 3, 2026 · See also the Privacy Policy

  1. Acceptance

By installing or using Stack'd you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

  2. License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Stack'd for your own personal, non-commercial finance tracking.

  3. Not financial advice

Stack'd is an organizational tool. Balances, projections, budgets and loan simulations are informational estimates only and may differ from the figures of your bank or lender. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Always verify important figures with your financial institution or a qualified advisor before acting on them.

  4. Imported data

Importing a bank statement depends on the format your bank exports; rows may be incomplete or misread. Imported figures are informational. Always verify them against your bank's own records.

  5. Your data, your responsibility

All data lives only on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups: use the CSV export in Others & Settings. Uninstalling the app, clearing your browser's site data, or using Factory Reset permanently deletes all data, and no one (including the developer) can recover it. You are responsible for the lawful use of any statements you import. Import only statements for accounts you are entitled to hold.

  6. No warranty

Stack'd is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of calculations, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

  7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including financial loss or loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

  8. Third-party names

Bank names appear in the app only as labels you enter or as file metadata you import. Stack'd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any bank or financial institution.

  9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated together with app updates. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
